
Campus Operations Coordinator

Oxbridge Digital is seeking an experienced Campus Operations Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the senior operations director in leading and managing general administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our campus. This will include assisting with facility management, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and infrastructure upgrades.
In addition, the Campus Operations Coordinator will assist with transport and fleet management, ensuring optimal utilization, compliance, and maintenance. They will also provide support for institutional events, conferences, workshops, ensuring operational excellence and logistical coordination.
The role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with lead and manage general administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with facility management, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and infrastructure upgrades
- Assist with transport and fleet management, ensuring optimal utilization, compliance, and maintenance
- Provide support for institutional events, conferences, workshops, ensuring operational excellence and logistical coordination
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners for information and resources
