
Senior HR Executive

DCC Consultants provides offshore corporate services to its partner healthcare organizations in the United States. We provide these services in marketing, communications, accounting, financial planning, revenue cycle management, information technology, and clinical support.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, overseeing performance improvement and appraisal processes, and ensuring a positive work environment through effective employee engagement, grievance management, and separation processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can align HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various platforms, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selections.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
2. Performance ManagementSupport the implementation and monitoring of performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Work with managers to set KPIs and track employee performance.
Provide guidance on performance-related issues and improvement strategies.
Coordinate and manage the annual/bi-annual appraisal cycle.
Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and calibrations.
Facilitate feedback sessions and identify areas for employee development.
3. Employee EngagementPlan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
Analyze engagement results and recommend strategies to improve employee morale.
Promote a culture of inclusivity, recognition, and collaboration.
4. Employee Grievance HandlingAct as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
Conduct fair and confidential investigations, and provide resolutions in line with company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
5. Employee SeparationManage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
Ensure compliance with clearance protocols and final settlements.
Analyze turnover trends and suggest retention strategies.
Requirements- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR generalist or executive-level roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work hours: 6 pm – 3 am PKT (Night shift)
• Gross Salary (USD): $600 - $700
