Role Description
We are urgently hiring Sales Executives for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Achieve daily target of 400-500 calls with a focus on generating leads and closing sales.
- Utilize effective communication skills in English to convey product/service features and benefits.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
- Work a 9.5-hour shift, inclusive of 8 hours of dialing and 1.5 hours of break time.
- Handle pressure and meet productivity targets with a positive and punctual approach.
- Demonstrate a strong sales track record and background in outbound calling.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of outbound calling experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above in education for candidates with no prior experience.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with strong comprehension skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
Compensation:
- Basic salary paid in PKR.
