Role Description

We are urgently hiring Sales Executives for our company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
  2. Achieve daily target of 400-500 calls with a focus on generating leads and closing sales.
  3. Utilize effective communication skills in English to convey product/service features and benefits.
  4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
  5. Work a 9.5-hour shift, inclusive of 8 hours of dialing and 1.5 hours of break time.
  6. Handle pressure and meet productivity targets with a positive and punctual approach.
  7. Demonstrate a strong sales track record and background in outbound calling.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum one year of outbound calling experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree or above in education for candidates with no prior experience.
  3. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with strong comprehension skills.
  4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  5. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  6. Positive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation:

  1. Basic salary paid in PKR.
  2. Bonuses and commissions in USD to contribute to poverty alleviation.
