Salary: PKR 50,000/month (subject to meeting KPIs & monthly target)

Job Purpose

To generate final confirmed business leads from Sialkot-based companies (sports, manufacturing, retail, and service sectors) for the company's digital solutions, including Websites, Mobile Apps, POS Systems, and Custom Web Applications, and to ensure successful conversion into closed sales as per monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily visits and meetings with Sialkot businesses.
  • Promote and sell software services & solutions (Websites, Mobile Apps, POS Systems, Custom Applications).
  • Achieve a minimum of 10 closed sales per month.
  • Collect and maintain accurate client data in CRM/Notebook
  • Provide daily updates on leads, meetings, and progress to management.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS/Tech or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive environments.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must have own conveyance for visiting businesses in Sialkot.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM tools, online demos, and remote selling.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • 10 confirmed sales per month (minimum).
  • 100% accuracy in lead data entry and reporting.
  • Daily activity logs submitted (calls, meetings, follow-ups).
  • Achievement of monthly regional targets.
Compensation & Policy

Probation Period (Month 1–3):

  • Daily monitoring of sales activity, lead generation, and reporting.
  • Full salary of PKR 50,000 released only if monthly target (10 sales) is achieved.
  • If target is not met → as per sales adjust salary

Post-Probation (After 3-Month Review):

  • Confirmed as permanent Sales Executive upon consistent achievement of targets.
  • Eligible for Food & Fuel Allowances + Monthly Bonuses.
  • Performance-based salary growth and promotions.
