About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Merchandising Executive to join our growing team in the garments sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sportswear and safety wear, along with a proven track record in client acquisition and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in the garments industry, with a focus on sportswear and safety wear.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other digital platforms to find potential customers, generate leads, and close deals.
• Stay up to date with the latest client-finding techniques and digital sales strategies.
• Coordinate merchandising activities, ensuring samples, designs, and production are aligned with customer requirements.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Communicate effectively with international clients, demonstrating high-level spoken and written English skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and merchandising within the garments/textiles industry.
• Strong background in sportswear and safety wear products.
• Excellent command of LinkedIn sales techniques and digital client acquisition tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in English (speaking and writing).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs100,000.00 per month
