Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the finance function and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization whilst driving cash flows.
  • Prepare and interpret monthly management accounts and annual reports for the group.
  • Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, and conservation of assets.
  • Assess & manage risks and develop financial management mechanisms.
  • Formulate strategy and long-term business plans.
  • Approve and coordinate improvements in financial management systems for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Law and other applicable legal and statutory compliance.
  • Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budget, mass salary updates, ledger and account maintenance, and data entry.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, and special analysis and information reports.
  • Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
Job Specification

CA/ACCA/CMA/Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
A total of 6+ years of experience in Financial management; preferably 2 years at senior management level in strategic planning and execution.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Understanding of general accounting principles, laws, and taxes.
