ERP Finance Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will have a deep understanding of ERP finance modules and experience in managing large-scale financial systems.

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, installation, testing, customization, and maintenance of enterprise software for finance.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that finance modules continue to meet business requirements.

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. At least 14 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 4 years of experience as a functional/team lead in an Oracle ERP environment is preferred.

Relevant certifications, such as Oracle ERP certification, are highly valued.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

As an ERP finance manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our finance operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.

  • Developing and implementing financial planning and analysis tools.
  • Managing and overseeing the development and implementation of new financial systems.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to end-users.
