Communications & Outreach Lead | Client Relations & Success | Content Creation | Visual Design

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant – Communications and Outreach to support our growing team. This role involves assisting in client communication, content development, social media coordination, and external outreach activities. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our communication efforts are consistent, timely, and aligned with our brand values.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day client communications with professionalism and clarity
  • Support the resolution of client queries and escalations in coordination with relevant departments
  • Help maintain positive, long-term client relationships through timely follow-ups and thoughtful communication
  • Assist in gathering market intelligence and client feedback to support service improvement and innovation
  • Contribute to the documentation and communication of new or revised products/services
  • Support content creation processes, including drafting, editing, and proofreading for social media posts, and newsletters
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure brand consistency across platforms
  • Contribute to the content calendar and help coordinate timely publication of materials
  • Assist in managing digital outreach efforts through social media, newsletters, and other online channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and updates for external communication
  • Track outreach activities and support reporting on engagement metrics
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations or equivalent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, multi-tasker, self-learning
  • Fresh to 1 year of professional experience in the relevant field
