Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Outreach + Prospecting Specialist (Remote). The Outreach + Prospecting Specialist will be responsible for conducting research to identify potential clients, executing community outreach initiatives, maintaining effective communication with prospects, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include writing and sending outreach emails and following up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in conducting Research and executing Community Outreach initiatives
  • Excellent Writing skills for crafting outreach emails and communication materials
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
