DevDimensions is seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to become a key player in our innovative team

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  2. Work with Project Managers to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  3. Help allocate resources and coordinate team members.
  4. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  5. Support day-to-day project tasks, including tracking progress, updating documentation, and preparing status reports.
  6. Assist in managing project risks and issues, identifying solutions, and escalating when necessary.
  7. Maintain clear and regular communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  8. Prepare and share project status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant documentation.
  9. Organize and schedule meetings, including project kick-offs, team check-ins, and client updates.
  10. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  11. Coordinate project testing phases and ensure feedback is incorporated.
  12. Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and methodologies.
  13. Contribute to lessons learned and post-project analysis.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  2. 1 - 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the IT industry.
  3. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking.
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  8. Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  10. Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not mandatory.
