What your typical day will look like

  • Drive effective plan execution with the operations team to ensure timely, approved budget delivery across all assets and equipment, supporting seamless operations
  • Oversee equipment risk assessments to proactively identify anomalies and ensure effective risk mitigation per best practices
  • Ensure prompt response to emergencies and corrective actions to maximize plant availability and minimize downtime and possibility of liquidity damages
  • Oversee accurate maintenance documentation in CMMS, detailing faults, repairs and resources used to ensure timely information availability
  • Review maintenance reports and update management on technical issues
  • Lead maintenance team in routine tasks, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs
  • Oversee the management of spare parts and materials to ensure availability and minimize downtime
  • Plan and execute maintenance projects, conduct RCAs for reliability improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations

What you need to succeed at this role

  • 8+ years' of relevant experience preferably in the Power generation sector, Fertilizer or Petrochemical Plant
  • BSc (Mechanical Engineering)
  • Experience in developing / implementing preventive and predictive maintenance processes is a must
