
Business Development Executive

A Canadian based digital agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully handling both local and international clients, with exceptional communication skills. This role requires a deep understanding of client relationship management, effective negotiation, and a strong background in utilizing freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and other similar platforms.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and market segments to expand the company's client base.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients, both written and verbally.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
- Draft compelling proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are communicated and met.
- Have a thorough understanding of freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others.
- Create and maintain professional profiles on these platforms.
- Bid on projects that align with the company's expertise and goals.
- Manage client interactions, project negotiations, and reviews on these platforms.
Negotiation and Sales:
- Develop effective negotiation strategies to close deals on favorable terms.
- Present the company's services/products in a compelling manner.
- Provide clients with accurate quotations and pricing information.
- Handle objections and concerns while maintaining a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 01 to 02 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing local and international clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
Additional Information:
- This is a full time position based at our karachi office.
- The position may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
- Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience including commissions.
