About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to support our team with proposals, quotations, presentations, documentation, and creative marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.

This role is open to freshers and self-learners who are eager to work with Google Workspace and have a flair for creativity and business communication. A degree is not mandatory—if you have the skills, we want you

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and format proposals, quotations, and business documents.
  • Develop engaging presentations and company profiles using Google Workspace.
  • Assist in designing brochures, flyers, and marketing creatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Keep documentation, templates, and files well-organized in Google Drive.
  • Contribute creative ideas for marketing and client engagement.
Requirements
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools such as Canva (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus).
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and grow with the team.
  • A degree is preferred but not required – we value skills and passion more.
