Cold Outreach Specialist (Full-Time | Night Shift | On-Site – Lahore)

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Cold Outreach Specialist to join our on-site team in Johar Town, Lahore. This is a full-time night shift position, ideal for professionals experienced in outbound lead generation targeting the U.S. market. The role involves creating and executing strategic outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate qualified leads and book discovery meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute personalized cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Research and qualify potential leads based on predefined target profiles.
- Craft tailored messaging to increase engagement and response rates.
- Track and manage leads and outreach activity through CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io).
- Maintain a consistent follow-up strategy to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Meet and exceed outreach-related KPIs, including response rates and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and optimize performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices in outbound outreach.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or a similar outbound role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities.
- Proficient with CRM and outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Must be available for the night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PST) and willing to work on-site in Johar Town.
- Prior experience in generating leads for the U.S. market.
- Familiarity with cold calling and outbound sales strategies.
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and outreach best practices.
