- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing information about products or services.
- Achieving sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Identifying and qualifying leads, and following up on sales opportunities.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities and updating the customer database.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet overall sales objectives.
- Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations.

Job Specification

1. Excellent communication skills: You should be able to articulate your thoughts clearly and persuasively over the phone.
2. Strong sales acumen: Understanding sales techniques and being able to effectively close deals is crucial.
3. Active listening: Paying attention to customer needs and concerns, and addressing them appropriately.
4. Persistence and resilience: Rejection is common in sales, so having the ability to bounce back and keep trying is important.
5. Time management: Being able to prioritize and manage your time efficiently to meet sales targets.
6. Product knowledge: Having a good understanding of the products or services you are selling.
7. Customer service skills: Providing exceptional service to customers and building positive relationships.
