We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Specialist to join our global organization. This exciting opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates, intermediates, bachelors, and marketing students who want to kick-start their careers in sales and marketing.
As a Telesales Specialist, you will work closely with our Australian and Dubai clientele, engaging in cold calling and promoting our services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Read from the organization's scripts for customers and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring that all agreements meet our high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, including addresses, account details, and other relevant data on transfer sheets.
- Engage with customers through inbound calls, resolving queries, booking sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding established goals.
- Develop leadership skills by mentoring new team members and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a telemarketing environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results-oriented goals and objectives.
