We're Hiring: Lead Video Editor (Real Estate & Hospitality Focus) – Faisal Town Group | Islamabad

Faisal Town Group, one of Pakistan's top tier real estate and luxury hospitality developers, is on the lookout for a Lead Video Editor to bring our vision to life through compelling visuals.

If you have a sharp eye for detail, a luxury aesthetic, and the technical skills to back it up, this is your chance to work on some of the most iconic projects in the country.

Industry: Real Estate | Luxury Hospitality | Digital Media

  • Edit and produce visually striking content for high end real estate, luxury lifestyle, and hospitality campaigns
  • Create walkthroughs, promotional films, short form social media content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and cinematic edits
  • Develop 2D animation sequences including logo animations, explainer elements, kinetic typography, and visual effects
  • Ensure all videos maintain a cohesive, elegant visual style aligned with the Faisal Town brand
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to turn creative concepts into finished visual pieces
  • Integrate AI tools into your editing pipeline to streamline and enhance production workflows
  • Adobe After Effects – for 2D animations, motion graphics, and compositing
  • Adobe Premiere Pro – primary timeline editing
  • DaVinci Resolve – colour grading and advanced post-production
  • Final Cut Pro X – Mac-based editing (optional)
  • Blender (for basic motion graphics) – bonus skill
  • Runway ML, Pika, Adobe Firefly – for generative AI based video workflows
  • Canva Pro / Adobe Express – for fast content repurposing or basic brand overlays
  • 3-4 years of hands on video editing experience, preferably within real estate, architecture, or luxury-focused brands
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with premium and high net worth audiences & Gen Z
  • A strong understanding of platform-specific video trends and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality output
  • Passion for visual storytelling, trend-spotting, and experimenting with new creative tools
