Position Overview
As an Upwork Bidder, you will be at the forefront of securing business opportunities, crafting persuasive proposals, and building relationships with global clients. Your role will be instrumental in driving the company's success by identifying, bidding, and winning high-value IT projects on Upwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Bidding: Identify and bid on relevant IT projects with a focus on maximizing win rates.
- Customized Proposals: Develop and submit tailored, compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
- Profile Optimization: Maintain and enhance the company's Upwork profile to reflect professionalism and credibility.
- Client Communication: Engage effectively with clients to understand their needs and present solutions that showcase our expertise.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of secured projects.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:2-3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, and proven experience in Asp.net Projects (Mandatory) with a strong record of securing IT projects.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the IT sector, including services and technologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for persuasion and clarity.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Self-Starter: Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
