Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Manager located in Karāchi. The Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing office supplies, ensuring effective record-keeping, and handling transportation, logistics, repairs & maintenance, hostels management, kitchen / mess management, security and other issues related to administration as assigned by the CEO. This role also entails supervising administrative staff, coordinating with other departments, managing budgets, and assisting in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Office management, organizational, and time management skills
- Skills to plan and execute repairs & maintenance, logistics, transportation, community management, hostels, kitchens, mess and security
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in handling MS Office, email correspondence, and other administrative tools
- Ability to manage budgets and handle basic financial tasks
- Strong leadership skills and experience in supervising staff
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Relevant experience in an administrative role
- Bachelor's degree (16 years education) in Business or Public Administration, Management, or a related field
