This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK's leading translation and interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP. We are looking for a full-time Scrum Master for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad. As a Scrum Master, you'll develop and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, instilling a clear vision and passionate drive. You'll play a key role in fulfilling the vision, driving product implementation, and setting standards for your teams.

Job Description
  • Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality
  • Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments
  • Removing impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
  • Ensuring all Scrum events are positive, productive, and within the timebox
  • Assisting the Project Manager in effective Product Goal definition and Backlog management
  • Helping the Scrum Team understand the importance of clear Product Backlog items
  • Supporting the Product Owner in empirical product planning in complex environments
  • Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Scrum adoption
  • Planning and advising on Scrum implementations within the organization
  • Promoting understanding and enactment of empirical approaches for complex work
  • Utilizing Scrum development processes, with the ability to adapt methodologies as per project needs
Requirements
  • BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferably Scrum Master certification such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
  • Proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in implementing Agile Scrum practices
