Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality
  2. Focusing the Scrum Team on creating high-value Increments
  3. Removing impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
  4. Ensuring all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox

Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Helping the Product Owner establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
  2. Assisting in the implementation of Scrum development processes

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  1. A BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
  2. Scrum Master certification such as SAFE, CSM or PMI-ACP
  3. Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
  4. Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
