You'll play a key role in generating business by engaging and converting leads into clients. The role demands strategic thinking, initiative, and a performance-first mindset to help the company achieve sales targets ranging from $10K–$15K per month. Key Responsibilities:

Identify, manage, and convert leads from platforms such as Bark, SMM, and Thumbtack.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets ($10K–$15K).

Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable digital solutions.

Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely, professional manner.

Maintain CRM records and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery post-sale.

Requirements:

Proven experience in front-end sales and lead conversion, especially on platforms like Bark, SMM, and Thumbtack.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.

Must be available for the night shift (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM), Monday to Friday.

Onsite role only.
