Kodex Technologies is looking for experienced Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers to join our Business Development Team on a full-time basis.

Office Location: K-Block, Phase 1, DHA, Lahore

Job Type: Full Time Job

Job Nature: Hybrid Shifts (5-6 hours Onsite and 3-4 hours work from home)

Job Description:

We at Kodex Tech are looking for experienced Business development managers and executives who must have proven experience in IT/Software services business development. If you do have the right experience and can manage the complete business development process (i.e. from lead generation to deal closing), this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Development - Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
• Lead Generation and Prospecting - Generate qualified leads through various channels such as Upwork, Fiver, LinkedIn, contracting, cold-calling, networking events, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
• Proposal Development - Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals that align with client requirements and objectives.
• Sales Process Management - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
• Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Market Analysis - Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.
• Sales Targets - Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or IT services industry.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically, analyze data, and develop innovative strategies to drive business growth.
• Negotiation Skills: Adept at negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Team Player: Collaborative nature with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with technology trends, digital marketing, and software development concepts will be advantageous.
• Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
