Responsible for ensuring that all materials are ordered for purchase as per requirements.

Responsible for keeping all purchases timely.

Responsible for preparing and assisting others in preparing purchase documents, ensuring that quality specifications are included on the purchasing documents and obtaining appropriate approval of respective samples.

Responsible for maintaining the bill of materials against each order.

Responsible for keeping all purchasing records in proper filing & ERP.

Follow up daily and arrange urgent solutions for shortfalls.

To perform any work assigned by the Manager Procurement from time to time.

Job Specification

At least a Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in purchase planning, controlling, and maintaining efficient purchasing and quality.
