Manager After Sales Services

General Summary
A Manager After Sales Service supervises the daily operations of the technical service team nationwide and ensures strict compliance with equipment and procedural standards, health and safety protocols, as well as after sales services. He must ensure timely project delivery, proper product handling, and consistency of operations. The Manager also develops and conducts customer service training programs and in-house training programs [technical + clinical] and plans department budget, and oversees service procedures.
