As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our digital marketing services, and nurturing relationships that drive sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our digital marketing services.

- Generate leads by identifying prospects and following up on inquiries.

- Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor while addressing client needs and objections.

- Document all interactions and update the CRM system with lead information and progress.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.

- Meet or surpass assigned targets for leads generated and appointments set.

**Qualifications:**

- 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or a sales-oriented role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospective clients.

- Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust your approach based on customer feedback.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
