Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting phone calls and meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in talent acquisition preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are willing to learn and develop in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Conduct phone calls and meetings to identify and recruit top talent.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and customer support, including organizing and filing documents.
- Project Support: Provide support for projects and daily activities, including answering and directing phone calls.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organization and Responsibility: Strong organizational skills and ability to take responsibility for tasks and projects.
