Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented MTO – Accounts/Finance to support financial operations. The role involves assisting with budgeting, cost control, and project accounting. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

·Support Day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations and record keeping.

·Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

·Monitor financial data and provide relevant insights to the team.

·Coordinate with internal departments for budget compliance and reporting.

·Maintain documentation for tax filings and regulatory compliance.

·Maintain proper filing of vouchers, bills, and payment records.

·Assist in audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and controls.

Qualifications:

  • BBA – Accounts/Finance.
  • Fresh Graduate or with up to 6 months of work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting in the construction industry.
  • Strong Analytical, Numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of financial compliance, tax regulations, and internal controls.
