Main Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop understanding how to create value for customer and customers business.
- Identify upselling opportunities with the customer and coordinate within own organization.
- Optimise assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets etc tied to the agreement
- Ensure quality of work related to the agreement execution
- Development of competent agreement management resources
- Operations & Maintenance management for assigned plant
- Responsible for all activities relating to the daily agreement management at the power plant inclusive of planning and implementation of plant operations & maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with the plant team relative to the condition of the plant equipment and performance and to provide suggestions for improvements
- Ensure skilled and motivated agreement management personnel to assure good teamwork.
- Responsible for implementation of plant QEHS policy
- Establish and implement standard Agreement Management procedures and processes
- Prepare reports, plans and budgets as instructed by the Agreement Manager
- Identify and actively seek to improve the plant performance.
- Development Responsibilities:
- Building a competitive and motivated team of agreement management personnel
- Develop the agreement management working routines at the plan.
Requirements:
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Prior experience of Wartsila Duel Fuel engine is an advantage.
- Understanding of workplace safety.
