About the Role

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the plant's operations, ensuring compliance with established goals, objectives, and policies. This position requires strong leadership, guidance, and management skills to drive high productivity and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all plant operations and activities.
  • Development and implementation of progressive workplace strategies to empower employees.
  • Coordinating activities to achieve established goals, objectives, and policies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 10 to 15 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading production operations that can accommodate cost reduction initiatives, process flow changes, and new introductions.
  • Implementation of change management, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related initiatives at a manufacturing site.
  • Management in a manufacturing environment where safety practices are a top priority.
  • Overseeing capital improvement projects while running daily operations.

Preferred Education

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering.
