Job Title: Plant Director

Drive strategic decision-making to propel business growth.

Gain in-depth knowledge of supply chain, production, accounts, engineering, administration, and human resource functions.

Optimize the operational efficiency of the plant and reduce the cost of production and procurement of goods and devices.

Develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.

Implement sustainable practices to minimize waste and ensure timely disposal.

Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and organized plant environment.

Reduce staff turnover and create a positive work culture through effective training programs.

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to boost productivity and optimize resources.

Monitor production function performance and ensure it meets established standards.

Guarantee quality and GMP requirements are consistently met throughout all stages, from raw material receipt to finished goods shipment.

Comply with legislative requirements regarding manufacturing, safety, housekeeping GMP, and environmental regulations.

Offer expert guidance on supply chain management and ensure efficient material handling, optimized inventory utilization, and timely dispatches of finished goods.

Propose strategic initiatives for critical capacity areas and long-term upgrading/expansion programs, including recommendations for capital expenditures.

Oversee plant expansion, alteration, and modification of existing machines, equipment, and services to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.

Lead the development and introduction of new processes and products within the company's policy framework and approved procedures.

Establish and maintain effective maintenance schedules and procure spare parts at competitive prices.

Ensure that all equipment, machines, and the plant operate smoothly.

Enforce company policies and procedures within your area of responsibility, focusing on employee orientation, training, and leadership development.

Identify and acquire new machines and equipment necessary for future production requirements.

Guarantee overall plant and administrative safety.

Negotiate with government agencies to comply with statutory requirements regarding electric installations, boilers, and regulatory obligations.

Ensure the availability of functional equipment to facilitate the manufacturing process.

Guarantee reliable utilities in sufficient quality and quantity to support manufacturing and supporting areas.Key Responsibilities:
