Overview

Electrician will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of all production machines and electrical equipment on the factory floor. This will include installation, replacement, repairing, servicing and troubleshooting of all electrical and electronic components and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • To troubleshoot problems in machines and general electric as needed in their respectable shifts
  • To carry out new installation, replacement, repairing of electrical, electronic component & wiring as needed.
  • To check electrical & electronics components for proper operations
  • To install, fix, replace, repair, the starters, motors, switches, PBD's cable, bulb lights and other electrical components as and when needed.
  • Ensure health and safety practice every time.
  • Identify the gaps and process improvements
Requirements
  • Age limit 25-40
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team
  • Ability to work for long and flexible hours
  • Able to work in shifts (Night) and rotation.
  • Physically strong.
Qualification / Education
  • DAE or B. Tech (Electrical / Electronic)
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar type position working in the Plastics Industry; injection molding processes
Skills
  • Ability to follow instructions clearly.
  • PLC & other control system.
  • Safety procedures
  • Electrical codes & components
  • Electrical drawings/layouts
  • Excellent problem solving & troubleshooting skills
  • Time management.
