Alta Tech Mark is seeking a Technical Project Manager with deep hands-on experience in embedded systems, IoT, PCB design, and firmware development. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who can drive hardware and software teams toward delivering high-quality, real-world products.

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Experience Required: 5 years

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of hardware-focused IoT projects—from PCB schematics to firmware development, system integration, and client delivery. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams, timelines, and expectations effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise PCB design review, component selection, and BOM finalization
  • Oversee firmware design, microcontroller programming, and integration with sensors/communication modules
  • Coordinate with front-end and mobile app teams for full-stack IoT integration
  • Serve as the technical point-of-contact for client meetings, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Track project milestones, team productivity, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure proper documentation, testing protocols, and QA procedures are followed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (e.g., BE Electronics, BSCS)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems and IoT product development
  • Strong command of PCB design tools, microcontrollers (e.g., ESP32, STM32), and embedded C/C++
  • Solid knowledge of communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, BLE, Wi-Fi, GSM/GPRS
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Proven experience managing teams, clients, and deadlines

Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory):

  • Experience in React Native, React.js, or other front-end frameworks
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Strapi
  • Exposure to cloud backends like Firebase or AWS IoT Core
