Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team at Cubitrek. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the execution of enterprise technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for managing and leading the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution and successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope and budget.
  • Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including task assignments, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress updates, and communicate any potential issues or risks.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, motivating and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
  • Track project progress using tools like Jira to ensure transparency and maintain visibility across all stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to project management.
  • Identify potential risks, resolve project issues promptly, and mitigate any factors that could cause delays to project success.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional communication and collaboration to achieve project milestones efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in technology project management, especially within the Project/Development Manager role.
  • Strong expertise in Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile Practitioner, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in working within regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native banking solutions and digital transformation initiatives is beneficial.
