DAR-UL-MADINAH International Islamic School System has set an objective of improving conventional academic studies in conformity with Shari'ah. It is one of over 100 departments functioning under DAWAT-E-ISLAMI, a global and non-political movement for preaching the Holy Quran and Sunnah. This education system is to help students learn and thrive to the best of their abilities within the boundaries of Islam. It also aims to develop an environment where Islamic values shall be honored in all management, curriculum, and teaching practices.

Objective:

DAR-UL-MADINAH International Islamic School System is looking for a talented and experienced Education Manager to oversee its campuses located in Karachi city from Pre-Primary to Matric Level.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Complete academic planning (syllabus break-up, academic calendar, timetable, and period distribution charts) at the city level of DAR-UL-MADINAH, make recommendations for examination and admission planning, and ensure proper implementation.
  2. Formulate recommendations for the policy of education, admission, examination, and discipline of Dar al-Madinah and ensure implementation of the policy approved by the MAJLIS.
  3. Suggest improvements for the quality of education and teaching, review syllabus coverage, and provide training for moderators and teachers.
  4. Assist in preparing necessary documents in accordance with the policy and academic calendar, ensure timely conduct of examinations, and review examination results.
  5. Review weekly attendance of moderators, identify problems, and provide solutions.
  6. Hold consultations with all organizers and keep a record of advice and present monthly performance to the MAJLIS.
  7. Visit campuses to identify issues and submit recommendations for resolution.
  8. Determine the need for new staff appointments and ensure timely hiring as per MAJLIS procedures.
  9. Guide campuses in preparing annual appraisals, recommendations for promotions/increments, and assist in budget preparation.
  10. Provide assistance in training schedules and analyze results and performance of the inspection and training department.
  11. Ensure civic advice from management and parents/guardians and resolve educational issues.
  12. Identify activities for the MADANI Channel and record them through the Media Department.
  13. Ensure participation of parents, students, faculty, and moderators in educational and organizational gatherings.
  14. Complete student admission, school registration, and affiliation issues across Madinah.
  15. Assist in reviewing and ensuring implementation of education, admission, examination, and discipline policies.
  16. Ensure timely and efficient completion of work assigned by the MAJLIS.
Qualifications & Skills:

The incumbent should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.

The applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant domain.

The applicant should possess strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

The applicant preferably should be able to join on immediate/short notice.
