We are seeking a full-time Freight Broker to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This is an on-site role where you'll play a key part in managing and growing our freight operations across the US & Canadian markets.

Role Overview

As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day freight brokerage operations, including:

  • Coordinating with shippers and carriers to secure loads and optimize routes
  • Negotiating rates and ensuring cost-effective freight solutions
  • Managing dispatching activities and keeping shipments on track
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer and carrier relationships
  • Handling account management duties with accuracy and professionalism
  • Ensuring timely, efficient, and reliable delivery of freight
  • Delivering excellent customer service while resolving issues quickly
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in Freight Brokerage / Truck Dispatching (US/Canada market preferred)
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Dispatching, and Account Management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Proficiency with logistics software, load boards, and dispatching tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Prior experience in the transportation, logistics, or freight industry is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
