Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Your primary focus will be on testing and validating our products across various platforms, including mobile apps, web applications, and APIs.

To excel in this position, you should have extensive experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools. You should also be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications
  • Identify and report defects and bugs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing activities
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of testing processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of automated testing tools and scripts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in testing methodologies and tools
  • Extensive knowledge of testing frameworks, libraries, and tools, including Appium, Selenium, and JMeter
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines
  • Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and services, including AWS and Azure
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and Docker
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, and C++
