As a Visual Design Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-focused content across multiple platforms. You will also support our visual brand identity by designing impactful assets for social media, pop-ups, and research-driven marketing materials. This role blends strategic content creation with brand design, and you'll collaborate with the marketing, social media, and design teams to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help develop clear, compelling, and effective content for blogs, pop-ups, social media, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Design visually appealing assets for social media, digital campaigns, and market research reports.
  • Support and evolve the brand's visual identity across content and design formats.
  • Design content strategies that align with business goals and enhance the user experience.
  • Work closely with designers and marketers to ensure content is visually and contextually aligned.
  • Support CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) audits by analyzing content effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
  • Maintain brand voice and tone consistency across all content and design outputs.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in content design, brand design, or content strategy, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and a strong visual sense.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt content and design based on different audiences and platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and content marketing best practices is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
