Visual Design Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that drive sales and captivate shoppers.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. You will also have a strong understanding of Amazon design best practices, image dimensions, and layout principles. Additionally, you will have the ability to conceptualize and design clean, persuasive, and conversion-driven visuals.

Your key responsibilities will include designing Amazon Listing Images that follow Amazon guidelines and enhance conversion rates, creating compelling Infographics, A+ Content (EBC), Brand Store Designs, and promotional graphics, collaborating with account managers, copywriters, and clients to visually communicate brand identity, ensuring visual consistency and branding across all product listings, and managing and delivering multiple design projects in a deadline-driven environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills. You will also need to be able to manage feedback and revisions quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Amazon Listing Images that follow Amazon guidelines and enhance conversion rates.
  • Create compelling Infographics, A+ Content (EBC), Brand Store Designs, and promotional graphics.
  • Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and clients to visually communicate brand identity.
  • Ensure visual consistency and branding across all product listings.
  • Manage and deliver multiple design projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
  • Understanding of Amazon design best practices, image dimensions, and layout principles.
  • Ability to conceptualize and design clean, persuasive, and conversion-driven visuals.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.
