Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that embody our brand identity and captivate our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create original artwork, typography, and patterns for apparel items, promotional materials, and other products.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual language of our clothing line, ensuring consistency across all media.
  • Design engaging visuals for social media campaigns, email marketing, and website banners.
  • Produce print-ready files for lookbooks, posters, and packaging collateral.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, iterate, and refine design ideas.
  • Prepare final artwork for digital and print production, including color separations and proper resolution settings.
Requirements:
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with print production processes (screen printing, sublimation, embroidery).
  • Strong illustration, typography, and layout abilities.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, especially for screen printing and embroidery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to balance creativity with time management and project constraints.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong online or PDF portfolio showcasing a range of designs.
  • Familiarity with current design trends, especially within the fashion sector.
