Educational Qualification & Experience for Pharmacist
Candidate B.Pharm. / D.Pharm. Should have degree and should be registered with Gujarat Council. CCC on Computers or equivalent course should be completed.
Salary Rs.: 13,000/- per month.
Age: Below 40 years

Important notes about online form filling for pharmacist
  • Candidates' application received online only at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. R.P.A.D. Applications received through speed post, courier or ordinary post will not be accepted.
  • Photocopy of legible original document must be uploaded in the software. If the required documents are not uploaded, their application will be rejected.
  • Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.
  • For the selection of all cadres merit list will be prepared on the basis of the percentage obtained in the final year of degree / diploma / graduation and if there is more than one trial in the final year by deducting 3% per trial.
  • If computer skill is required for the cadre of Accountant cum Data Asst., those having computer qualification as per ToR will be considered on merit.
    • Candidates have to apply separately for more than one post.
    • Computer practical exam has to be given for the posts which are related to computer operations.
    • The age limit will be calculated on the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement. Correspondence for all the above posts will henceforth be done only through e-mail so that e-mail I.D. It has to be checked.
    • The contractual period for the said posts will be for 11 months.
      • The term can be increased or decreased based on the requirement and budget.
      • All the final decision regarding the appointment like increase or decrease in post or cancellation of recruitment will be with the Mission Director, District Health Society – and – Chief District Health Officer, Amreli.
