Compliance and Risk Manager
About the Job

This position requires a strong understanding of IT compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement effective compliance programs and manage risks associated with IT operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Representing IT in internal compliance and risk management teams
  • Consulting on compliance matters within IT and Controllership
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX regulations and IT Privacy frameworks
Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in IT, with expertise in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs
  • CISA, IAPP, or similar certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of SOX regulations and IT Privacy frameworks
  • Ability to communicate complex compliance issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with AuditBoard software is also advantageous.
