Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer at Enrichers Investment Group. You will be responsible for new business development, utilizing strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, and working in the finance/trading domain. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop new business and demonstrate strong analytical skills
  2. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Work independently and as part of a team
  4. Implement lead generation strategies (by calling & meeting)
  5. Convert leads into potential prospects for meetings
  6. Pitch investment ideas to potential clients
  7. Maintain and develop relationships with prospects and existing customers
  8. Inform clients of fundamental factors impacting product prices
  9. Engage in skillful negotiations and persistent follow-up
  10. Be target-driven with a positive attitude
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in the investment industry is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in the financial markets are a plus

You will be expected to study the financial market to identify opportunities and use your business acumen to meet the investment targets set by the company.
