Job Description

Educational Background:

  • Master of Laws (LLM) degree, preferably with specialization in Corporate or Commercial Law.
  • Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC.

Job Location:

Professional Experience:

  • At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, including managerial roles in legal practice.
  • Provide expert legal advice on employment matters, labor disputes, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts and procurement agreements.
  • Offer strategic legal advice for organizational projects, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address legal concerns and support decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations while identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.
  • Manage and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills, as well as capabilities to identify legal risks.
  • Expertise in employee relations, procurement, contracts, and project-related legal matters.
  • Familiarity with digital technology and related laws will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of privacy and data protection laws is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Terms & Conditions
  • Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  • Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  • 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
  • Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
  • Attested educational documents from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/respective regulatory body must be provided at the time of interview. In case of foreign degree, equivalency from HEC will also be submitted.
  • Females, minority, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc., will not be allowed during interviews.
  • The deadline for application submission is 19th January 2025, and only online applications will be accepted.
