Job Description

The Director of Commercial is responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing sales, marketing, business development, and customer experience functions, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives. The Director of Commercial works closely with the executive team to identify new business opportunities, enhance brand positioning, and maximize profitability.

  1. Oversee sales teams to ensure revenue targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  2. Strengthen business development efforts by identifying new clients, partnerships, and market trends.
  3. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors.
  4. Lead the marketing strategy, ensuring brand positioning aligns with market demands and company objectives.
  5. Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer engagement and online presence.
  6. Oversee advertising, public relations, and promotional activities to maximize brand awareness.
  7. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Ensure excellent customer service standards across all touchpoints.
  9. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance product/service offerings.
  10. Monitor commercial performance, including revenue, profit margins, and market share.
  11. Optimize pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and cost management to improve profitability.
  12. Work closely with finance teams to ensure sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
  3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  4. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
