Corporate Lawyer Role

This is a senior position that requires extensive legal experience and expertise in corporate and commercial law. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with specialization in Corporate or Commercial Law, preferably recognized and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).


  • This role involves providing expert legal advice on employment matters, labor disputes, and compliance with labor laws.
  • The selected candidate will oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts and procurement agreements.
  • Key responsibilities include offering strategic legal advice for organizational projects, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Candidates must be able to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address legal concerns and support decision-making.

Terms & Conditions
  • Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.
  • Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
