Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Lahore. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, and addressing customer inquiries. The individual will also be expected to achieve sales targets, follow up on leads, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Support
  • Ability to learn and provide Training on product features
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
