ecShirt Limited needs a Senior TeleSales Manager. ecShirt Limited is a multinational company with its offshore telemarketing office based in Faisal Town, Lahore.

The Senior TeleSales Manager will report to the Sales Director. He/she will manage a team of Sales Specialists at our office. He/she will be responsible for training, coaching, mentoring, and delivering required targets, working cross-functionally with other departments and prioritizing team workload. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sales-driven call center, specifically in a sales leadership role.

Excellent base salary along with attractive sales commission is being offered.

Job Specification
  1. Mentor and coach a team of Inside Sales Specialists to exceed sales goals
  2. Run weekly sales reports to track sales trends and productivity
  3. Develop recommendations for organizational and process improvements to ensure efficient selling practices
  4. Manage and prioritize daily workload
  5. Conduct weekly team meetings
  6. Prepare and present weekly forecast to Director Sales
  7. Manage the administrative process of the sales team, to ensure documentation is obtained and submitted promptly
  8. Recognize outstanding performers and mentor those who are not delivering required targets
  9. Liaise with the Sales Director, Operations, and Marketing team on lead volume and quality
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  2. Call center management experience preferred
  3. Minimum of 3 years sales management experience required
  4. Effective demonstration of sales process, able to identify buying criteria, eliminate objections, and develop solutions to close sales
  5. Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
  6. Experience of selling services highly preferred
  7. Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively multi-task daily and meet deadlines
  8. Assertive, confident and clear communicator via e-mail, phone, and face-to-face
  9. Excellent PC aptitude including CRM skills and Google applications
  10. Highly proficient with desktop applications such as MS Office, and Web Browsers
  11. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required
