YOUR MISSION:

As a Marketplace Manager at EAK Distribution, your mission is to streamline and enhance our daily operations by providing top-notch support across multiple marketplaces. You will be the backbone of our team, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to excellence and supporting our dynamic environment.

THE ROLE

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented person with digital marketing experience? If so, you're the marketplace manager we're seeking to join our growing team

More specifically, in this role, you will be directly responsible for:
  • Amazon Posts
    • Creating images on Midjourney
    • Creating captions on ChatGPT
    • Frequency - Weekly
    • Number of categories - 4
    • Number of images - 7/category
  • Copywriting & Keyword Research
    • Titles and Bullets for product listing
    • Frequency: 20+ per quarter
  • Uploading of Listing Assets across marketplaces
    • Titles and Bullets
    • Listing Images
    • EBC Images
    • Comparison Module
  • Storefront
    • Uploading listings to the storefront
    • Monitoring and updating regularly (whenever a new listing is launched, the store needs to be updated)
  • Maintenance tasks
    • Ensuring listings are correct/updated
    • Creating QR Codes
    • Linking Grow Guides to QR Codes
    • Uploading Grow Guides to Shopify
    • Proofing - checking listing design, titles, and bullets for correctness
    • Ensuring TikTok and Shopify products are available on the platforms and have the most up-to-date assets (images, copywriting, pricing, grow guides, etc.)

NOTE: We will provide you with written and video SOPs for all of these responsibilities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

To excel in this role, you need to have:
  • Proven experience as a Marketplace Manager.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing Shopify stores.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing TikTok stores.
  • Intermediate knowledge in copywriting, ideally for D2C products (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with administrative tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), project management apps (e.g., ClickUp), and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
  • Self-starter attitude, capable of anticipating needs and proactively addressing them.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines.
  • Comfortable working remotely, independently managing daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Quick learner, able to easily adapt to new software tools and processes as required.

Brownie points for:
  • Having experience working for Amazon brands.
  • Having a background in English (major, teaching, etc.)

  • Fully remote & part-time role that will eventually turn into full-time employment
  • Semi-flexible working hours mandatory overlap with the team between 8 AM and 12 PM EST Monday to Friday; you can distribute other hours as you wish
