Your Mission: As a Marketplace Manager, your role is to streamline and improve our daily operations by providing support across multiple marketplaces. You will be essential in executing tasks efficiently, maintaining our standards of excellence, and supporting our dynamic environment.

The Role: If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital marketing, you are the candidate we seek. Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating Amazon Posts using Midjourney for images and ChatGPT for captions, weekly, across 4 categories with 7 images each
  • Copywriting and keyword research for product titles and bullets, over 20 per quarter
  • Uploading listing assets like titles, bullets, images, and comparison modules across marketplaces
  • Managing storefront listings, updating regularly, and ensuring accuracy
  • Maintaining listings, creating QR codes, linking grow guides, and uploading content to Shopify
  • Proofreading listing designs and ensuring consistency across TikTok and Shopify platforms

Note: SOPs will be provided in written and video formats for all tasks.

The Ideal Candidate: Must have proven experience as a Marketplace Manager, with at least 2 years managing Shopify stores and 1 year managing TikTok stores. Skills in copywriting for D2C products, excellent English proficiency, organizational skills, and proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, and Zoom are required. Bonus points for experience with Amazon brands and a background in English studies.

Benefits: Salary (range unspecified), fully remote part-time role with potential for full-time, flexible hours overlapping with team hours (8 AM - 12 PM EST), health allowance after 90 days, educational resources, and performance-based bonuses. This is a gross salary position, and candidates must be comfortable working as independent contractors remotely.
